Menlo has leased the space at ProLogis Park 70 Etna, a state-of-the-art industrial park off Interstate 70 in Etna township, 10 miles east of Columbus. "ProLogis has been very responsive to our needs. We're pleased with the quality of this facility, and we look forward to the key role it will play in the distribution solutions we develop for our customers."
"We're currently serving Menlo Worldwide at 10 locations in North America and Asia, and we're pleased to be expanding our relationship with them through this new agreement," said Brian N. Marsh, ProLogis senior vice president and Columbus market officer. "This transaction underscores the value of ProLogis Park 70 Etna as a prime distribution site, given the access it offers to major roadways, availability of land and tax incentives, and its proximity to a strong labor base."
