ProLogis Park Stateline Fully Leased Following Transactions With Kyocera and Franklin Sports Print

ProLogis announced that it has leased 600,000 square feet of industrial space to two customers at a new park it operates in Memphis, Tennessee. Kyocera Mita America, a leading document imaging company, has leased 300,000 square feet at ProLogis Park Stateline, an 80-acre park located about two miles southeast of Memphis International Airport. The facility will become the hub of Kyocera's new national product distribution network, and will eventually service approximately 70 percent of the United States.

Exel, DHL to Occupy New ProLogis Facilities in Canada and The Netherlands Print

ProLogis announced that it has leased almost 1 million square feet of space (91,400 square meters) in Canada and The Netherlands to subsidiaries of the Deutsche Post World Net group.
In Canada, third-party logistics services provider Exel has leased 650,000 square feet (60,400 square meters) from ProLogis for a new distribution center outside Toronto. In The Netherlands, DHL has pre-leased a 333,500-square-foot (31,000-square-meter) facility ProLogis will develop in Tilburg, approximately 50 kilometers southeast of Rotterdam.

ProLogis to Develop 661,000-Square-Foot Industrial Facility Near Tokyo's Narita International Airpor Print
 ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, announced  that it will develop a new, 661,000-square-foot (61,400-square-meter) industrial facility adjacent to Tokyo's Narita International Airport. The seven-story, multi-tenant facility, to be called ProLogis Parc Narita III, will be ProLogis' third distribution center in the strategically important Narita submarket. It will be built on a recently acquired, 12-acre parcel less than 1 kilometer from the airport's cargo entrance.

EURINPRO and AMAZON.DE join forces 75.000 sqm centre in Leipzig Geramany 
21 March 2006 - Eurinpro has signed an agreement with global online retailer Amazon.de for the development of a 75.000 m² warehouse in the East German city of Leipzig.
 Amazon contacted Eurinpro in its search for additional fulfilment capacity in Germany. Amazon.de’s growth and product range expansion made the company look for additional capacity. The new fulfilment centre will create up to 400 jobs within the next 36 months. Construction starts in March 2006.
