Maersk Adjusts Israel-China BAF Charge Print
Maersk Line has announced that starting April 1, the bunker adjustment factor (BAF) charge for all cargo movements from Israel to Hong Kong/China will be adjusted to US$120 per TEU.
The carrier had previously announced that the charge for all cargo moving from Europe, excluding Israel, to Hong Kong and China would be increased to US$270 per TEU from the same date, reports Hong Kong Shipping Gazette.
