China Shipping Put Emphasis on the Fight against Typhoon |

Recently China Shipping held a meeting to stengthen the work for the fight against typhoon.
President Li Shaode said that vessel companies of China Shipping must learn from the lessons of "Yong An No.4 Vessel" whose mainframe was broken down during No.6 typhoon. He instructed safety management division of vessel companies to take preventive measures in advance to ensure the security of voyages.
Vice president Lin Jianqing also demanded the safety management division of headquarter to intensify supervision and guidance of the vessel¡¯s safety. The land companies should be ready to defend against the typhoon and the rising tide. Source: Press Release
