On 11 May 2006, Intellectual Property Bureau of Shenzhen announced a group of Shenzhen enterprises which were appraised to possess cutting edge in intellectual property rights and China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd is among the 10 awardees. The award has largely justified the tremendous efforts as initiated from the very top of CIMC and some its 1,000 engineers to encourage and work out innovative breakthrough in the products as well as the accomplishments that have been continuously made.
