PWC Logistics has completed its acquisition of GeoLogistics Corp, which becomes a subsidiary of PWC Logistics, effective immediately. GeoLogistics will continue to operate under its existing name, and senior management will remain in place.

The combined group currently generates revenues in excess of US$3 billion, and has 10,000+ employees spread across more than 100 countries worldwide. The group’s customers now have access to an expanded range of logistics services and an enhanced geographic reach.
